These are our show stopper topics for the ever approaching art nite. Go ahead and interpret these as you see fit. I am continually amazed at how well these topics coincide with life in general... they are great topics! The evening will take place on March 7th (6:30pm) at Bim's house/studio, and if you have never been I highly recommend coming to see Bim's all inspiring setup. Infatuation/I want it!

On February 1st we had a whopping turnout for art nite. It was awesome, thank you everyone for participating!!! (it means a lot to me) So here are some of the pieces that people came up with. Everyone had such great projects. Next art nite we might try some different approaches to make it a bit less of a "show n tell" event... I was even a tad nervous. So enjoy, and thanks to Melissa and Jason for being such great hosts.

The Topic...

All right crew, here is what’s on the menu for the next art night; the topic “infatuation” was picked (great topic), and because we have the privilege of making our own rules we’ve decided to go ahead and pick an a la carte topic…which is “I want it!” So it’s your choice, or you could do both (eh)…they tie together nicely. The date of the next gathering is going to be February 1st so mark your calendars and get started! The evening will be taking place at 10 Hanover Street Glen Rock, PA (Melissa and Jason’s) at 6:30pm. I am really looking forward to see everyone again, and see what excitement 2008 has brought for you thus far. We have some special treats in store for the February art night, so keep checking the blog and I hope to see all of your lovely faces.

Blessings...

On January 4th we shared, we talked, we laughed...I think someone might have even cried. Here are a few of our projects. Thank you everyone, it was a super evening!

The Location

Art night is mere days away.
My apologies for the address tardiness, but I’m sure everyone can agree that the added holiday stress can make anyone a bit pressure sensitive.
So this art night will be taking place at Ketti and Ian’s house at 1061 East King Street York, PA. Street parking is located right out front… there should be plenty of room.
Like I said before the holidays can be a little nutty so keep in mind we would love to have you there even if you couldn’t knock anything out for this month.
“Blessings” is our topic.

The Topic...

Our next theme for Art Night will be “Blessings”. Now, what a lovely topic! And flawlessly fitting for the time of year. Go ahead and interpret this theme however you see fit, and come up with something that will knock everyone’s socks off and most importantly, your own. Let’s start the New Year out right!
